Website redesign & rebuild
An exciting project we’ve recently completed is the redesign and redevelopment of the BJ Ball NZ website. BJ Ball NZ are suppliers of paper and packaging to the NZ market and have been in business for 100+ years.
Their previous website was old, outdated and with only 10% CMS control, it was painful and expensive to update. BJ Ball also had two other brands BJ Ball Packaging and Icon Paper that needed to be brought over into the new website.
Along with Casie and the team at Design Garage we worked closely with BJ Ball to come up with a new web design that showcased the BJ Ball brand.
The new build had some specific functionality requirements, the main one being the products module. Users needed the ability to easily navigate and search for products using the search tools and filters. The enhanced product pages needed to give users the ability to download product profiles, view product specs and print entire product pages, as well as the ability to request a sample or simply enquire about a product.
